Who handles your information

Familia Multiservice is a trade name (DBA) of Trisphere Ventures LLC, based in Riverview, Florida. Familia Multiservice is not a government agency, law firm, or accounting firm.

What information you give us

These are the forms on this site and what each one asks you for:

Famil-IA Discovery
What your business does, your answers to the questions about how it operates, your name, your email, and — if you enter it — your phone number. Your answers are saved as a text summary alongside your contact details.
Contact form
Your name, your email, and whatever you write to us.
Scheduling an appointment
Your name, email, phone, business name, preferred language and contact method, what you want to talk about, and the date and time you choose.
Chat with Leslie
The messages you type in the chat. If you share your email during the conversation, we save that conversation alongside your contact details.
Paying an invoice
The invoice number, the amount, and the email address for your receipt. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

None of the forms on this site ask for your Social Security number or ITIN. The Business Formation process, when it is available, shows its own privacy notice before asking you for any information.

What we use it for

We use the information you submit to review what you told us about your business and to contact you about your inquiry. We reply through the method you indicated and in the language you chose.

Where it is stored and who else processes it

Familia uses third-party services to run this site and these forms. These are the ones that receive the information you submit:

Vercel
The site is hosted and runs on Vercel's infrastructure, which what you submit passes through before it reaches the other services.
Notion
Form information is saved in Familia's client database, hosted on Notion. If a record with the same email already existed, we update that record instead of creating a new one.
Anthropic
The messages you type in the chat with Leslie are sent to the Anthropic model that generates the reply.
Cal.com
Appointments are created on Familia's calendar through Cal.com.
Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Site measurement

When they are configured, this site loads Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta pixel. These services use cookies and similar identifiers to measure how the site is used.

None of those services load on the Famil-IA pages.

Your browser stores two preferences locally: familia_lang (the language you chose) and familia_journey (the Growth Journey stage you are following). You can clear them from your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will take care of your request.
